This spreadsheet allows the groups stored in the current database to be manipulated. Columns “A” to “G” contain several automation buttons that allow the entities stored in a group to be manipulated directly:
The name of the group being manipulated is stored in cell “C3”. This name can be set manually, or selected from the menu just below if it already exists in the database.
The entities to be set, removed or added are defined in columns “A” to “E”, from line 11 onward. Column “A” corresponds to the entity type. Column “B” is used when a single entity is to be added to the group. Columns “C” to “E” define ranges by looping over the entity IDs. Some of the cells may be left empty.
The “Add Group to current Db” button builds the group defined by its name and entities, and stores it in the database. If a group with the same name is already defined in the database, it is replaced by the new group.
The “Add Entities to Existing Group” button adds the defined entities to the entities of a group that already exists in the database.
The “Remove Entities from Existing Group” button performs the reverse operation.
Four buttons allow new groups to be built using topological operations on existing groups. These operations correspond to the four topological operators defined in the “Group” class. The “Group1” and “Group2” operands must be existing groups in the current database. The resulting “Group3” can either already exist in the current database or be a new group set manually.
