This section presents an example in which the FeResPost COM component is used to automate CLA calculations using several different programming languages. The same calculations are performed in each language, allowing the user to identify the similarities and differences between FeResPost COM automation in different languages:
The most detailed example is given in section VII.1.1.1, where a Python program calculates and prints laminate properties and load responses. (In the other examples, only the aspects of programming specific to the language are presented.)
Section VII.1.1.2 gives the Ruby version of the program.
Section VII.1.1.3 presents the example programmed in C++, which requires the example to be compiled.
Section VII.1.1.4 was added to eventually present an automation program written in C; however, this has not been done yet.
